Latin American Meeting of Photographic Collectives (E-LACF)

The commitment, leadership, and collaborative work of SolipsisArt Ecuador in the joint organization of the Open Latin American Meeting of Photographic Collectives (ELAC-F) confirms its vision as a facilitator of an emerging, horizontal, and expanding Latin American photographic ecosystem. The first edition, alongside collectives from different countries on the continent, fostered a space for critical reflection where photography transcends the image to become a collective process, social action, and construction of territorial memory. The ELAC-F reaffirms the political dimension of the image, strengthens our place of enunciation, and enhances collaborative networks as strategies of resistance, care, and cultural transformation in the region.
